How I Survived Detox On A Raw Food Diet Plan

Raw Food Detox Diet – Day 3

The day started much later. I woke up at 10am so I slept around 10 hours. Lately I used to be sleeping 9-10h a day so that’s pretty normal. During the work out I felt less energy than normal and my form was a bit weaker. Nothing crazy though. Another day of vegan detox diet… :)

Here is what I ate for breakfast:

1 liter of grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 avocado and 3 tablespoons of flax seed

Mixing grapefruit juice (freshly made) with avocado and flax seed was pretty interesting. Avocado didn’t really change the strong taste of grapefruit and flax seeds were floating over the smoothie. After that I felt very energetic and refreshed. I’m going to use this raw food recipe more often now.

Lunch:

2 apples

10 nuts like almonds, walnuts with lettuce, spinach, cabbage

I felt really full after that. I was surprised to discover that nuts come together really well with lettuce and other green leafy vegetables. 2 apples were a very nice addition as a snack.

Snacks:

Cucumber, parsley, tomato, 10 olives, 5 prunes, 5 dates and squeezed orange as a salad dressing

Great mix vegetables and some sweet dried fruits. I ate prunes and dates at the end as a dessert. Squeezed orange can work even better than lemon.

Dinner:

Large salad with 60% green-leafed vegetables and 1/2 cup of raw nuts, plus an orange blended with parsley and 20 olives

The problem is that I couldn’t get suggested sun-ripened olives. Olives I bought were salted and after a meal I didn’t feel to well. I will definitely stay away from olives and eat instead avocados or flax seed or oil from olives. On the whole the salad was ok. I’m still not a big fan of all salad meals but I hope it will change.

The day went pretty well. I didn’t feel as energetic as the second day. I was more low energy than normally. I guess my organism is still craving some of the foods I used to eat. I still have a thoughts about eating some bread, or yellow cheese or meat. I was used to eating them a lot in my previous diet. I fill pretty full most of the day but cravings for sweet and salt are still there. It will be interesting to see how it progresses. The thing is that I have no idea how my body will respond on this raw food detox diet. It’s one big unknown.

  • In the wild, when a cat captures a mouse, it consumes everything that is ediable-Flesh, organs, bones and entrails. Because the mouse is a herbivorous when the cat eats the stomach and intestines that contain seeds and plants it receives the trace elements and vitaimins needed for a nutritional balanced diet.
  • I think green salads and fruit juices are the most simple detox foods. We should have them in plenty.

  • I must not eat any raw food for a few days before a medical test. I'd
like to add wheat bran to my food but am not sure whether it's

  • raw fruits like tomato , onion , beat help us to loose more weight in an authentic way.
  • When we consider living on raw diets we leave fat totally so it help us more.
  • It is as well similar to another kind of a liquid diet which is the clear liquid diet as both are mainly using liquids. The full liquid diet requires you to regularly consume foods which are greatly made up of syrup and soup as to with the reason that is the best type of food for a person who just undergone a gastrointestinal surgery.
  • The ultimate reason on why this kind of diet includes the above mentioned type of foods is the reason that solid and or hard type of meals might and can even affect the healing duration of the surgical area due to stressful food digestion. Worst, it can even infect the surgery that can lead onto prolonged healing duration and as well as the safeness of a particular patient.
  • The full liquid diet is a sort of alternative for a person on how to be fit and healthy. This diet is commonly usable and prescribed by professional and or expert dietitian among those individuals who had just experienced gastrointestinal surgery.
  • Raw diets are very beneficial for dogs, my dogs used to be
on complete raw diets, but with expenses and availability had to cut
back to half raw half kibble (raw morning, kibble night). I'm glad you
already plan to not mix them (was my first thought when i read this
question), as the two substances digest at different rates and can
increase their chance of getting worms and salmonella.
  • Obviously, it depends how much they weigh to begin with. There are huge
differences if a person weighing 60kg goes on the diet and a person
weighing 200 goes on the diet (the heavier person would lose more) It
also depends on variables like exercise. I would say for an average
pesron no more than a few kilos a month.

  • i think 15 olives must be their in place of 10.

  • Hello, I have already decided to feed my dogs a raw food diet. I have done research on exactly what types of protein and vegetables are good for them, and what they cannot have. I can't find anywhere how much food exactly I should give them. How much should I feed my dogs on a raw food diet?
